Powderkeg is currently looking for an Account Coordinator to come work with our fun and talented team.
In the Account Coordinator role, you will be working directly with our existing client base to help them become successful at marketing their organizations online. This is an inside sales and support role. You will be consulting clients on new projects and website edits, as well as supporting them with any questions or problems they may run into.
We have great clients, whom you will be in contact with on a daily basis via email, phone and in-person meetings. An important part of your role will be providing timely response and ensuring that our clients are getting excellent support. You will be working directly with our design and development team to find solutions and schedule incoming work.
Our success is measured by our client’s success. Working in our sales team is about doing what’s right for our clients and building our business through the excellent relationships we develop. As the Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for making sure our clients are getting value from our partnership.
In addition to servicing our clients, you’ll also be actively managing daily updates and tasks through our internal ticketing system. You’ll manage client engagement from start to finish, from the initial contact to invoicing the work. Strong organizational skills are important.
