The Wisconsin Independent Living Network is established to develop, monitor, and evaluate the state plan for independent living along with performing other statutory duties. Their mission is to ensure full support of the independent living philosophy: allowing people with disabilities to direct the types of services and support they need to live independently.
With a focus on website accessibility and ease of use, the Living Council of Wisconsin enlisted the guidance of Powderkeg to build a new website to help further its mission. They were able to build a visually calming presence that empowers their community to move forward.
